Milwaukee Wisconsin Vinyl Replacement Windows

Anatomy of a Wasco
Double Hung Window

From tilt and turn windows to intricately engineered double-hungs, WASCO replacement windows are built to last. All our replacement windows are hand crafted to your exact measurements, eliminating wasted space and helping reduce heat loss around the frame.

We use only the finest, most durable uPVC vinyl and multi-chambered master frames with dual wall construction for strength and stability. Continuous composite reinforcement is used on all high-stress areas of our sashes, keeping them strong but light and easy to maneuver. WASCO's composite reinforcement doesn't conduct heat like steel or aluminum, but provides equal structural performance. Unlike competing fiberglass and Kevlar reinforcement, WASCO's composite was formulated specifically for strong screw holding properties to ensure proper fastening of the locks. The fiberglass insulation in the outer chamber of the frame will not degrade like foam or rot and warp like wood. Multiple sets of the best V-Seal silicone-treated nylon weather stripping keeps the elements out, and your heat or air conditioning in.

Our double-strength, 7/8”-thick insulated glass units with Cardinal glass are the best available. There is a choice between a high Solar Gain package featuring Cardinal LoE 179 glass or a low solar gain package featuring Cardinal LoE3 366 with no difference in price. The cavity between the layers of glass is filled with an exact calibrated amount of argon gas. The SuperSpacer primary seal, which contains no metal, combined with a hot melt butyl secondary seal, provides for warmer glass edge temperatures and longevity of the insulated glass unit.

Unlike many companies, we design our windows with very narrow window frames to increase your viewing area and add warmth and sunlight to your home.
