WASCO Tilt & Turn Balcony and Terrace Doors

As part of WASCO's European line, Tilt & Turn Doors offer better thermal performance and far higher security than leaky sliding doors. These doors are ideal where it is not necessary to lock or unlock the door from outside, such as for patio, balcony and deck applications. We can make them any size up to 95 inches, a perfect solution for non-standard doors in older homes. They are available in single door and French Door designs. Made right in our Milwaukee factory, these doors feature:

Dual compression seals eliminate air and water infiltration.
Extremely heavy weight, 2.8 mm thick virgin PVC extrusions with multiple chambers in the sash and frame.
U-shaped galvanized steel reinforcement (up to 4 mm thick) in full perimeter of sashes and frames
Steel mushroom locks and keepers around entire perimeter offer unsurpassed security.
Standard removable sliding screen of French Door applications.
Standard dual pane, optional triple pane glazing. High SHGC glass is available for passive solar design.
German-made hardware from Gretsch-Unitas (G-U)
Available in white vinyl, with optional woodgrain interior

In 2009, a Cedarburg family won a baby nursery room makeover in a national contest held by Similac. Pleased with the clean, beautiful look and the added security and safety features of WASCO’s newest product, they chose a WASCO Tilt & Turn balcony door to replace the small, oddly shaped and dangerously ill-fitting balcony door in the baby’s room.

WASCO Fully Glazed Entry Doors with Multipoint Locks

WASCO fully glazed entry doors are another part of WASCO's European lineup. Made in WASCO's Milwaukee factory, these doors are the perfect replacement for poorly functioning fully glazed wooden doors, or the perfect choice for passive solar new construction. Unlike the balcony and terrace doors, these doors have a full exterior lockset. They are available in single or French Door configurations, in inswing or outswing designs, and feature:

Galvanized steel reinforcement (up to 4 mm thick) in full perimeter of sashes and frames.
